Shot Glasses Pink
Inspired by the city and character of Barcelona
Together with my husband and friends, we always celebrate Russian New Year with shots of vodka -toasting the good things that happened or that are to come. This is what inspired my short glasses.
The decoration on some of the glasses is blue and yellow and is a direct reference to a Picasso's series of paintings made around 1950 in his studio at La Californie in France. The series shows birds and views from his windows and his balcony. Whenever I see them I can imagine that I am actually looking through that balcony having a drink. It’s just the taste and the occasion that is different.
I have also done an earthier colour variation of subtle pinks and yellow. They are like the ‘yang’ to the ‘yin’ of the blues and yellows. Choose and keep them close to your heart like your friends.
Specifications
This product is glazed stoneware ceramic. It is sturdy and dishwasher safe.
Expect the order to arrive with in UK in 1 week and abroad with in 3 weeks. Once the package leave the UK late delivery could be expected.
