Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value your commitment to creativity and aim to provide a clear and fair policy for all participants.
Please read carefully before booking.

Participant Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event are eligible for a refund.
• A 10% administrative fee will be retained to cover processing costs.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
• You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the event, to [email protected]

No-Show Policy

• If you do not attend the event and do not notify us in advance, this will be considered a no-show.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

Organizer Cancellations

• In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled due to insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly.
• You may choose a full refund.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any additional expenses (such as travel or accommodation).
